Region 6 names Charlie Rowland Rowland best teacher

LITCHFIELD — Charlie Rowland left the construction management business 17 years ago and never looked back, satisfied he had made a professional change that would work out for the best.
On Wednesday, Rowland’s decision looked even better. The director of the agriculture, science and technology center at Wamogo Regional High School was named Region 6 Teacher of the Year for 2016-17.
