First organic farm in Litchfield, County.  Mr. Keilty advocates for sustainable and human agriculture practices by reducing the excessive use of antibiotics, hormones and steroids.  He raises Chaviot sheep for wool, cows, hens, vegetables and herbs.  His wool is sold at Hickory Stick Bookstore in Washington Depot.
