De Hoek Farm is a farm-to-your-table producer of grass-fed, additive-free Black Angus beef. Animals are sensitively raised, experience minimal stress and hang for 25+ days. They believe you will taste the difference! De Hoek Farm also produces apples and honey. Available through their farm directly by appointment, and through the Washington Food Market.
