A certified organic farm that grows a diverse range of fruits, culinary and medicinal herbs, perennial crops, and cut flowers in addition to over forty varieties of vegetables. Some of the produce goes straight from the fields into their certified kosher food-processing kitchen to make jams, cucumber pickles, sauerkraut, kimchi, herbal products, and more. They also have eggs from laying hens and make cheese from goat’s milk. Their products can be found at their CSA in West Hartford and Falls Village, buying clubs in New York and Boston and at Farmers’ Markets.
