Please accept this invitation to attend the 2026 National Agricultural Labor Seminar hosted by the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division.
This hybrid event is offered as a public service and will be held on
March 24, 2026, from 9:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. CST
Speakers from Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Employment and Training Administration, the Department of Justice and others will join the Wage and Hour Division in this educational seminar. This year’s theme is “Protecting America’s Agriculture Workers.”
The seminar will follow a hybrid format, with virtual participation strongly recommended. Limited in-person seating is available in Dallas, TX 75202; the exact address will be provided to confirmed in-person registrants.
Topics will include H-2A, compliance practices, farm labor, transportation safety and many more.
You will learn about requirements for wages, housing, field sanitation, farm labor contractor registration, and the H-2A Program.
